I cannot recommend ViaTalk.

The phone quality is good however; the customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. ViaTalk’s billing model does not allow flexibility for customers who pay by check. This is even if you are one month ahead. They disconnect the phone, disable your online account access, and are condescending to the customer before making sure the check is there. I cannot recommend this company.
