AT&T Bluetooth Cordless Phone
Contrary to our expectations we found it hard to fault this phone. It's number one strength is the consistency with which it automatically pairs with cell phones and the stability of the connection once established.
It's an easy phone to setup and use - essentially plug and play.
The Vtech Bluetooth Cordless Phone
It's a great looking phone with more features than most people will ever use, but it has some significant shortcomings.
In particular it's Bluetooth pairing abilities are not as comprehensive or stable as those of the AT&T phone.
Cordless phone battery life is commonly an issue with Vtech cordless phones and sadly their latest Bluetooth phone is no exception. It maybe a consequence of the NiMH batteries used by Vtech, which are susceptible to failing when over charged.
The Best Bluetooth Landline Phone
Currently the major contenders are all 5.8GHz phones and AT&T clearly has the winning edge. We are yet to find a viable DECT 6.0 Bluetooth phone other than the Panasonic KX-TH1212B Link-to-Cell.
