Which 4 Line Cordless Phone System?

The Panasonic KX-4500B is an excellent 4 line cordless phone system for small office environments. The three features of the system that we particularly like are:

1. The 5.8 MHz wireless technology, which operates on a wave length where there is much less traffic than on the 2.4 MHz range. It is not affected by 802.11 b/g WiFi networks. The result is greatly improved clarity, security and range.

2. A fully digital answering capability that delivers a crystal clear rendering of phone messages. They are stored in flash memory, which means that in the event of a power failure they are not lost.

3. That it's a 4 line phone system capable of expansion up to eight handsets makes it a versatile small office solution.

The fact that the handsets are cordless has the benefit of eliminating wiring and installation costs.

Finally the unit incorporates a power fail feature that may be seldom required, but can potentially pay for the system on the first occasion it is required.
